Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders delivered to APO/FPO/DPO addresses can only be shipped by USPS.
Be prepared for an increase in shipping time around holidays.
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
An order tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address received during the order process right before we ship your order.
Sales Tax
All American Best Gifts is required to collect a 10.5% sales tax from Illinois residents.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by All American Best Gifts. Receipt by the Buyer from All American Best Gift's order acknowledgment indicates acceptance of Buyer's order subject to the terms set forth herein and the acknowledgment and is final and binding. The order acknowledgment will be considered the final expression of the agreement between the Buyer and All American Best Gifts and shall be the exclusive expression of the terms thereof, except that the order acknowledgment shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No orders are binding on All American Best Gifts until execution of the order acknowledgment. In others words that are not straight out of a law textbook, basically, once an order is actually received and can be fulfilled by us, our terms and conditions of sale will apply to the order. 
We are only a retailer. We are not a wholesaler. Therefore, large volume orders may require further verification. Also, we may not be able to fulfill large volume orders, since we are not a wholesaler.
Order Changes
All reasonable requests for order changes will be honored. Any order change accepted after order acknowledgment is subject to our ability to confirm and fulfill the change, and will be subject to a charge for the costs involved in the change depending on the status of the order at the time of the change request.
Back Order and Pre-Order Policy
We charge all orders up front or when an order is submitted and received successfully.
The sale price of any back ordered or pre-ordered product is subject to change. Therefore, when we are finally ready to ship your order, the sale price may have changed from the time you first back ordered or pre-ordered the product. The future sale price of the product will only be charged with your acknowledgment and permission. We will let you know via e-mail if the sale price changes. However, sale price changes are rare and usually result in the sale price going down, rather than going up.
All back orders and pre-orders will be executed in the order in which they where received. Simply, if you are first in line, your order will be processed first.
Cancellations
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
Merchandise Return Policy
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. However, we will not refund merchandise that has been physically damaged by the customer.
No merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund after 30-days from the delivery date of an item.
There are no restocking fees for returns.
The customer will be responsible for shipping cost in the event of a return of non-defective merchandise. However, if the return is the result of a mistake on our part, the customer will not be responsible for shipping cost. Returns must be shipped with cost or freight prepaid. If we receive a shipment marked freight collect, then the returned package will be refused.
To make returns simple, you can request a return via e-mail werbeautuful@outlook.com, and we will contact you back with return instructions or a reason why the return request is being rejected. We reserve the right to reject or refuse returns that we had no knowledge of before receiving them.
Non-defective merchandise that has been used or are not in a "resalable" new condition may not be returned for refund. Books and Media cannot be returned for refund.
Returns of non-defective merchandise must be delivered to All American Best Gifts in good condition. Therefore, please use adequate packaging when returning merchandise to avoid having the return refused.
After we grant and send you the return instructions, your return request will only be valid for 14 days. If we do not receive the merchandise in question before that time, the return request will be rejected.
Upon acceptance, receipt, and fulfillment of your return for refund request, you will receive your money back.
Upon acceptance, receipt, and fulfillment of your return for exchange request, you will receive a replacement.
